I built one of those. It had been reboxed by some no-name Russian company. The drawing on the instructions is so bad that it bears even less resemblance to the real thing, and no resemblance to the model. Having followed the link and looked at the parts that come in the  box, they look to me like they were based on the YAV-8B developmental prototype, which had an AV-8A fuselage mated to the new AV-8B wing.  So, perhaps not as wildly inaccurate in outline as one might at first think, but a very different aircraft from what is advertised.

Interesting you say that, because I had and recently built a Mistercraft 1/48th Sopwith Camel, where the decals were too small !
