1/48 Douglas XA2D-1 "Skyshark", Clear Prop

Good evening, dears. It's my next model from another Ukrainian manufacturer "Clear Prop". It's 'shortrun" too, and very good quality. Assembly requires care and accuracy.

It looks perfect as always Fuad! Especially for a short run model. All these rivet lines are perfect. Never saw something better.

Excellent work. I get the impression it's not an easy build. Am I correct?

Yes, you are correct. There are several key moments in the tail section where you have to pay extra attention.

Thank you for attention. Once again I put links from my Facebook page. Sorry, but this is not my fault.

It's a beautiful model, Fuad.

It scores high on the "kooky" scale.

It seems that while Martin and Blackburn were competing for "Most-Awkward-and-Unwieldy Torpedo Fighter", the folks at Douglas took a look at the Westland Wyvern and said, "Hold My Beer"...

Seriously though, a splendid model.
