TonyW Posted December 20, 2022 Share Posted December 20, 2022 Sorting out a pile of other stuff, I found the bones of the two, or possibly three builds I hope to get done during the GB. Â A couple of FROG 1.96 scale Comet restorers should give me at least one complete build. They will need breaking down to component parts and starting again, but I enjoy that sort of thing. Â Â BEA decals are sorted, assuming they work OK, and there's a set of BOAC ones as well, in case I get really lucky and manage a pair of the things. Both are to 1.100 scale but that shouldn't present much of a problem, if at all. The decals are getting on a bit now. A clear coat or two is in their future. Â Â Â The DH110 is an incomplete pile of parts. I'm hoping to have sorted out the missing bits before the off. Â Â The whole lot is altogether in one box, awaiting the starting gun. Thanks for the tip.
