Alpha Delta 210
Hello everyone I spent today at Duxford for the latest "Flying Day". I'm not sure why they called it "Behind the Scenes". The flying was delayed by one hour due to the low cloud base, but it was worth waiting for! The light was tricky, to say the least! Here is a flavour of the day (excuse the AFVs, but they were good fun to watch!) Mustang "Contrary Mary" before she was towed to the flight line DH Fox Moth The flight line showing the low cloud Thanks for looking!

Alpha Delta 210
Thanks, Parabat. I'm pleased that you enjoyed the pictures. I had a good day because the number of visitors is reduced compared to an airshow, meaning that it is possible to move around freely to get some different shots. Latinbear
Some lovely angles there. I can't help but notice how low some of the pilots are in the fighters' cockpits. Not the easiest view when on the ground!

You would have loved the red and white Chipmunk doing multiple touch and gos in the morning! 5 hours ago, Latinbear said: Some lovely angles there. I recently sat in the IWM Spitfire as a birthday treat and can attest to how low down the pilot seat was, although I'm sure that it must be possible to raise it!
