Australian MRH-90 fleet grounded

"The Department of Defence (DoD) in Canberra said in a 16 June statement that MRH-90 flying operations have been temporarily suspended as a safety precaution, adding that the issue “relates to the application of the helicopter's maintenance policy in the helicopter's IT support system”.

So, an issue with the avionics, possibly?

UDoesnt say that Slater....it looks like the MP is out of synch with the work recording system /scheduled maintainence and lifing calendar....it happens here as well but never seen an entire fleet grounded.

Who'd be an AEOs writer 🤔

If you're correct then no wonder they're grounded. In my previous life in aircraft maintenance it was done more or less manually with a bit of help from computers. But one day I discovered that with the software we had we could add hundreds of hours and cycles to lifed items with a simple slip of the keyboard. But worse we could deduct hours and cycles too. Imagine the panic that caused. 🤯
