rockpopandchips
Hi all. Mixed feelings about the kit the Pvc was a pain to build and get into shape and from some have said its not going to hold that shape but I have wanted one of these for years and when I was asked to build and paint this one I was over the moon. Dodgy video again and as always happy to hear your comments. Cheers Brian. Deleted - Link 38

That's is a very nice film, and if I built this again I would definitely add in some of the missing details that can been seen in this film, mostly from the top section docking clamp area and the thruster at the front of the ship. Cheers Brian.

Electric Indigo
Congratulations on finishing this beast of a kit! I like how you achieved a heavily weathered look without compromising the scale.
rockpopandchips
Cheers all the comments and interest and glad you like it. Just measured it at 38 x 25 cm and just a scale ref next to a 1/24 car and a 1/12 driod.

Cheers Andy comming from the God of weathering I will take that as high praise, 👍 The Nostromo was drop off at it new home last weekend and the owner was very happy with it, he even gave me an old enterprise model and let my 2 kits have something from the shop. So they picked up a Tokyo ghoul and Coraline figure was picked up by them.

rockpopandchips
Filled the hole and now that is the primary sensor for listening for clocked ships on the edge of the nutral zone. Still some clean up to do and the I think it need a little something on the wind tips.
Bertie McBoatface
Very nicely done. PVC? Horrible stuff. I'll wait for the 1/48 injected one.
kapam
Outstanding work! One of my favorite and most evocative of SF spacecraft. Looks just like scenes from the movie!
