Dermo245
Hi all, When I saw this GB come around, well, I had to jump in. Here's the kit.. Revell F-16C_box by Dermot Moriarty, on Flickr I'm no expert on Block numbers, so if Revell say it's a Block 52, I'm not going to argue with them! Revell F-16C_instructions by Dermot Moriarty, on Flickr Plan is to add some conformal fuel tanks from a Hasegawa kit so that I can build a Greek version (fingers crossed). This will be my fourth 1/72 Viper - top 2 are Revell, the Sufa is from Kinetic. The Revell kit is great so looking forward to this one Family Album - Vipers by Dermot Moriarty, on Flickr Good luck with your builds! trickyrich
Welcome and nice choice Dermot, I love some of the display schemes the F-16 is done in. Your previous ones look awesome, so am looking forward to seeing what you do with this one. Good luck with her.

Cheers, Dermot Actually, it's a Block32 Dermot and the Greek solo demo aircraft is a Block52 but, unless you know the differences it really doesn't matter. So, looking forward to see your build because the Greek Demo team F-16 is one of the most beautiful!! Cheers, Bill
Dermo245
Right so, here's the contents along with the CFT's donated from a Hasegawa kit and the decals by Procal of Greece. Seamus
I'm not familiar with Revell's Solo Turk boxing, but I'm assuming they've provided the GE exhaust used by Turkish Vipers. For a Greek jet you will need the P&W exhaust. Dermo245
Cheers @Seamus - yes, the kit comes with both Pratt and GE exhaust options as well as the wing ECM bits. Great photos BTW, thanks for sharing! All the best, Dermot

Dermo245
So with the gear and final bits done, so is she! Revell_1_72_F-16C_Zeus II (1) by Dermot Moriarty, on Flickr Revell_1_72_F-16C_Zeus II (4) by Dermot Moriarty, on Flickr I broke the very delicate tailplane aerials so need to replace those. And some of the decal touch-ups aren't a match. The canopy should be tinted but I forgot. But apart from all of that, really enjoyed it and love how it turned out. More photos in the Gallery. Thanks for all your comments and to @trickyrich for leading the GB. Happy modelling! Dermot
