Killingholme Posted June 9, 2021 Share Posted June 9, 2021 Hi all, Currently building a Highplanes models RAAF Canberra B.20. The decals are odd because they have carrier film ABOVE the decal, as well as below it. Apparently you apply the decal, let it dry and then peel off the carrier film with a toothpick. Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me! Does anyone have any experience applying these decals? Any tips or hints? Will Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Black Knight Posted June 9, 2021 Share Posted June 9, 2021 Sounds like the type I had with a Whirlykit Shorts SC.1. Follow the instructions, if any and all will be fine. The carrier paper peeled away very easily on mine. I used tweezers to lift the paper. Just make sure you place the markings where you want them to be, there's not much movement allowed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
