Col.
There certainly looks to be a lot going on along the left fuselage side of this one Tim
theplasticsurgeon
Yesterday spent reading my reference books. The G10 is powered by a Daimler-Benz DB605D engine, with MW-50 water-methanol boost equipment capable of producing 1800hp. The most powerful Bf109. Top speed 344mph at sea level, or 428mph at 24,000 feet. The G10 having 2 MG131 machine guns above the engine, not needing the bulges on the engine flanks. It also had a taller tail, and higher tailwheel, to counter the take-off swing. And of course the bulged canopy. Anyway, to the moodel. Assembled the fuselage and wings. That Revell incription says 1996 - hard to believe this gem is now 25 years old! Then the airframe assembled.
