Nice looking trio and all birds superbly done! 

@Viking As I start building the same model myself I've a question: what were the paints you used for Vega Gull? What red and is that silver or aluminium for the wings?

Hi Dennis, the red is Tamiya X-7 (Airbrushed), and the silver is Tamiya TS-17 Aluminium. As the TS-17 is in a spray can, it went on first, and was then masked off and the red sprayed on top. The TS-17 is very hard wearing and takes tape with no problems at all, so is my favorite for schemes that require masking off. The whole model then had a coat of Johnsons Kleer/Future applied with a wide flat brush,

Thank you, that is useful. I see from the photos that red is a little less bright and because it is over silver rather than over white primer makes sense. I'd probably do somewhat the same.
