Das Werk Panther A Late

Can't seem to find any reviews (apart from the MBK video in German..) of Das Werk Panther A Late (DW 35011).  Particularly comparing to DML 6168

Neither kits contain zimmerit.

This is to model 'Gerda' sometime after finishing the RFM Panther G Late which I'm working on.  Gerda is a vehicle from I./Pz.Rgt. 6 attached to Pz.Rgt.130 as I. Battalion in Panzer Lehr Division shown below located in Normandy (Juaye-Mondaye) June 1944.

This looks like Daimler Benz zimmerit for the late A.  Correct me if I'm wrong.  Atak have the zim for the Das Wek kit but not for Dragon (I could be wrong there too)

I found the Das Work kit to be excellent, for my needs.
The gun mantle seems to be a little short, width wise, and the Atak Zim set includes a new mantlet.

I did not use the Zim set on mine, built as one of the Wiking Panthers at Kovel.

Gerda (vehicle 234) looks to be a Mid A judging by the binocular sights on the mantlet.  I think the one closest to the barrel is plugged, possibly indicating fitting of the later monocular sight, as fitted to Late As:

Ah, some more of the same photos of Gerda which clearly show the monocular (not binocular...) sight on the mantlet.  A Late A then.  No idea what the spot is over what I thought might be the inside binocular sight aperture...
