fgab18 Posted May 19, 2021 Posted May 19, 2021 (edited) Dear All, Tamiya's interpretation of F-16 is an outstanding kit with pretty fine details and easy build. Added only resin ejection seat and PE from Eduard, painted with Mr. Color. The plane stationed in Japan, a few years ago I had the opportunity to see it and walk around at Yokota Air Base (friendship festival). (Some of the static dischargers were broken off, need to replace them.) Edited May 19, 2021 by fgab18 33

Lightningboy2000 Posted May 23, 2021 Posted May 23, 2021 Very nicely done. That Tamiya kit has some nice surface detailing. Did you make your own FOD covers? Martin
kapam Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 I've heard good things about this kit and your build more than does it justice! Congratulations!

I'll have to look into getting some of that putty, might come in handy. Could you show some more pics preferably ground/eye level shots. Would be a nice perspective on it. Martin
jarkmodels Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 Very nice job! I just finished the same kit. It is a good one...😉 cheers
RidgeRunner Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 So, tell me @fgab18, is that effect simply preshading? Thanks, Martin
