Can dried Humbrol Acrylic be saved?

I have always used enamel when brush painting but lately I've been curious to try acrylic. Found some old cheap Humbrol Acrylic on the clearance shelf at my LHS and decided to try it out. But when I got home it turns out it had completely dried. Tried to poke what is left of it (less than half full) with a needle and it is just solid all the way through. Can it be saved or should I throw it away?

IMHO you been spared a lot of pain and skip straight to binning without having to suffer trying to apply it and then throwing it away. This looks like the old style - I'm told the new stuff is much better, but I've yet to find an acrylic that brushes as well as an enamel.

Cheers
