Had some health issues slowing me down but starting again, i completed this build in 1979, so this models paint is 42 years old!

You obviously worked to a high standard back in '79. I'm pretty sure that I built the same kit around that time frame too. I was 19 back then. 

 

But like the real Intruders it was scrapped long ago.

Glad to see you're back, and in fine form! One thing's for sure- the filler should be dry by now! :giggle:  Your Intruder hasn't aged a bit- 42 years, seriously? I thought I was the only one who gets them started, loses interest, and then puts them away for a long time! BTW, great job on the decal work, and none of the white appears to have yellowed!

Thank you Mike!

Little Intruder has a dry, warm place behind glass, the microscale decals are doing very very well, i am a big fan since the 70s up to now!

Yes of course! Humbrol and Revell enamels. Nitro solvents make addicted... and last a lot longer!!
