Scott Hemsley
I don't know if I heard it correctly, but it seems to me that I heard something (on a podcast?) about Eduard allegedly working their magic with P-51D's. Could the OP's so-called 'Chanel Liberation set' be in reference to the liberation of the Chanel Islands in '45 (the day after VE-Day)? If that was the case, I'd assume it would feature a sprue for a 'proper' Mustang IV - in this case from 442 Sqn. (RCAF) since they flew top cover for that operation. Holzhamer
It’s all about the latest Mustang box, the British Mk.IV. In their May newsletter there is an article about the boxart depicting the last sortie of WW2 for the Mustang, the air cover of operation Nestegg, the liberation of the Channel Islands https://www.eduard.com/out/media/InfoEduard/archive/2021/info-eduard-2021-05-enrr.pdf 1
