MiG-Mech
I hope for high detailed JP233. The Italeri pods are very simple.
Shalako
Just for the "plethora" of nose-art decals, I will buy one kit but, honestly, I would prefer to see a new-tool F3 in 1/72.
MiG-Mech
Released. Already available at eBay and online shops. I still hope for BFC version. And more Brassins.

No doubt 'pay now, maybe get it later' as it is a limited release (Eduard buys X number of kit in bare plastic). And it's the Revell one, so what Italeri JP233s have to do with it isn't clear to me. MiG-Mech
Eduard released for their 1/48 Desert Babes the JP233, so I hope it's also coming in 1/72. Italeri was or still is the only one, who could provide a 1/72 JP233 on aftermarket, but details are not up to date. Clear ? Edit: Not Italeri - Airfix Weapons Set. Italeri was or still is the only one, who could provide a 1/72 JP233 on aftermarket, but details are not up to date. I've just got the new Osprey book by Michael Napier on RAF Tornado Units of Gulf War 1 which includes some superb aircraft profiles - I've yet to read it (waiting for a nice sunny day!). But its inspired me to get the Eduard kit. So I'm also hoping that Eduard will release the full range of stores for the Tornado GR.1 (I don't recall Italeri ever releasing a 1/72 Tornado kit with the JP233 option - the Hasegawa GR1 certainly came with these?). Eduard have already made a good start (in addition to what's in the kit) with stores and other resin details released or planned, including: ALARM missiles Sky Shadow ECM pod BOZ-107 pod CPU-123 Paveway II GR.1 exhaust nozzles I see they've also released Tornado GR.1 stencil decals for a grey/green camouflaged version. Fingers crossed for the JP233 and maybe 8x1000lb bombs carried during the first Operation Granby operations are to follow. Rich

Bozothenutter
/pedant mode on I always thought MRCA was a designation, not a manufacturer? I.e. the Tornado is an MRCA (remember the ESCI box?), not made by MRCA? /pedant mode off
Pigpen
Yes - the manufacturer was Panavia gmbh which was set up to deliver the Multi Role Combat Aircraft project. The aircraft is the Panavia Tornado. Edited December 18, 2021 by Pigpen

Flying predictically straight and level, and relatively slow, over some of the most heavily defended runways in the world is not the safest place to be. They are iconic, and I have the recent Eduard ones and an older pair (Airwaves?) to use on mine, but since airfields are not known for their ability to move around I never understood why no missiles were developed for the job.
