Einar Posted May 1, 2021 Share Posted May 1, 2021 IMHO the Caravelle is the most beautiful airliner of all times. The elegant livery of Swissair suited the Caravelle III perfectly. It's a pity that both the plane and the airline have long ago disappeared from the skies. I'm torn between the Comet 4 series and the later Caravelle 12 regarding favorites but both are among the most beautiful airplanes ever to grace the skies. I know, the VC-10 crowd will argue and their enthusiasm for that beautiful machine is well warranted.
