Marklo
This will be my second entry to the group build. It’s a very simple but nice kit only one sprue and a decal sheet so will probably go together very easily. More to follow. Marklo
Yes it was supposed to be the model T of the air. But didn’t work out too well.
Nick Belbin
Mr Ford abandoned the project after a good friend and test pilot was killed whilst flying a prototype. Have this kit myself so will be following along . . . Nick 2

rob Lyttle
This is the 2nd Flivver build on the go, a plane that has completely passed me by until last week! So I'm very much looking forward to seeing how this goes. 👍 1
Marklo
Thought I’d post the sprue shot. A very simple kit. A bit concerned about the undercarriage so I may replace it with brass rod. Started on the office. More to follow.

I bought one of these just about a month ago. Maybe I should join in and make it a 'hat-trick' I'm thinking of building mine with the full span flaps My decals have cracks in them so I suggest you check yours carefully

I will photocopy them before I use them and if needs be I can photo the copy onto decal paper. I think I’ll also take a mold if the Anzani cylinders too. Great idea Mark, my decals were cracked on the underwing serial number and Ford badge. They were the only ones that were affected and were easily fixed. The decals went on beautifully and a small amount of Microsoft was all that was required. The Kit goes together very well. Good luck with your build. Marklo
wing assembly and seat. Added some basic seatbelts, they will be all but invisible once it’s all zipped up. Assembled the wing and fuselage a bit of flash but nothing out of the ordinary.
Marklo
Some assembly, needs a small amount of filler, but nothing serious.
Colin W
I didn't realise that you do kits as well, more used to seeing scratch built jobs from you! This looks like a neat little build of an esoteric subject. Great to see.

Sometimes even do the odd tank And I do have a stash here’s most of it. Edited May 7, 2021 by Marklo

Marklo
Started painting, I’ll brush paint the blue then use a rattle an for the silver. I’ve also decided to replace the kit undercarriage parts with brass rod as they are pretty flimsy and I’ve nearly broken them getting them off the sprue.
Marklo
Finally got the blue right and replaced the undercarriage with brass rod. Ready for some silver.
Marklo
Silver on. Looking at the photo I’ve just realised I’ve left a strip of Tamiya tape on the fuselage Edited May 12, 2021 by Marklo
