Many of you were asking, what is the status of our Bristol Scout C, well, we are now starting the packing of the kits, finally, everything is here. If all goes well we will finish the sending on Monday 13th. Those who have supported us will get some additional items, like were mentioned earlier, once again thank you for your interest in what we are doing.

Just picked mine up....NICE!

The translucence of it will be a challenge, I've seen the paint tricks, but they're not really convincing.  🫣😳🤯😯😱

I think the CDL finishes will be seen aplenty: I'd go for a PC.10 scheme.

Roden tried clear wings with their Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter.  It didn't work out as well as hoped, and carried a cost in brittleness of the plastic.

A few other manufacturers also had a bash, with similar lack of success. Regularly gets requested, so worth repeating now and then that it has been tried.

All clear plastic is brittle. Anyway, by the time they released their 1/48th kits the brittleness of the earlier things like the Gothas was mostly a thing of the past.
