rockpopandchips
So I have been spelling Eduard wrong so I I apologise for that and now I'm building somthing I no nothing about so I apologise for that. I won this kit from Keighley plastic model club for a flying VW beetle I made. This kit has some lovely stuff in the box and this afternoon I made a start and built up the cockpit and now I need to decide what aircraft I'm actually going to build as there are quite a few options to choose from, one of them I have to chop of the plastic parts and replace with some very nice resin parts. Any preference out these? dnd dice app Cheers Brian.
rockpopandchips
This is my favourite at the moment, I like the paint scheme.... 😉 and I don't think I brave enough to do a full paint job and then go over it all with back.... So I might have to get another kit to build that one.
rockpopandchips
Well I've done it, chopped the front of a perfectly good model....... 😱 Let's hope I can get this back together without looking like a crashed plane... White plastic card added as a brace to fix the new resin front, probably still going to have to build up the wings and fuselage before building up the new nose.
rockpopandchips
Getting this part of the build has been very frustrating and have had to use more filler than expected. Just getting the right wing to fit was maddening and it still need a fare bit of sanding and filler. Definitely looking farward to building a Bandai kit again after these aircraft.
