There wouldn't be an Arrow in your latest purchase would there? Steve. Yes its a favorite album of mine, one of my best memories is connected to it. No thats another plane on the long term list, but you're on the right track, just a bit older and slower. 😉

Tijuana Taxi
From my daughter for Christmas. We had to cancel a trip to Stuttgart because of Covid and that's the reason she got it for me. Pete in Lincs
A new desklamp for the modelling cave from the kids for Crimbo. LED with, apparently, a 50,000 hour life! LorenSharp
A surprise Christmas Gift from My Big Brother. This will be interesting to test out in the coming days.
Biggles87
An AV8S matador , because this boxing is cheaper, which will be built as a Harrier GR1 and the extra GR3 parts probably used to update the old Airfix kit, if they will fit. Also received a new tactical flashlight in my Christmas haul, perhaps I can attach it to my pistol or a rifle as it has cross hairs in ‘zoom’ mode! Where did I put that string?

They've already got it planned but I anticipated their moves! The smaller boxes are in shelves and because they're full they don't have access to them. The bigger boxes like 1/16 are bigger and stronger, and 1/6 is a cardboard big box, so they can sleep over that will not be a problem! Pete in Lincs
Book. Wimpy by Steve Bond. A very good copy of this illustrated history of the Wellington in service. 1938 - 1953. Not entirely my cup of NAAFI Char, but it's WW2, so I'll read it & then pass it on. Form an orderly queue.
stevehnz
An Airfix Buccaneer S2C, something I've long meant to do since they were released, after seeing @cardiff guy's builds, I had a wee panic as this boxing seems to be getting harder to come by so snagged one from the local auction site & a not too outrageous price. Job done. Steve.

Mr T
Combined Crimbo and Birthday present (two are only eight weeks apart), a new Ipod 7th generation. I have a phone, but I like a lot of my entertainment on a separate device and it is a bit handier. My nephew works for Apple and so a very good discount on the price.
alt-92
Our local post likes to buffer deliveries apparently, to total despair of the delivery driver today 6 packaged boxes delivered from various sources. Poor fella had to navigate moving that stack around... A couple of 6TB harddisks for longer-term storage and 1TB SSD, and this non-computery lot: Â The Academy B-24H still has it's poster even. No idea about the usability of the tube of glue though.

chrisrope
Ordered a set of these 26decals for my Airfix Vulcan   Always preferred the late wraparound scheme and the fact my mum had my late Dads name put under the wing of XH558 meant there was only really one choice to finish it as 558.
Corsairfoxfouruncle
Just ordered an 1/72 Eduard MiG-21 with the Brassin Resin Recon pod. Going to build a Polish MiG-21R. Ordered a Begemot MiG-21 Sheet, my first Begemot decals so any tips on them would be good. I bought a KP MiG-19 off of Ebay from Poland. Its the old mould but for $5 worth a punt, even if it stinks I can use it fir a mule. Last but not least some new Diabetic house shoes. I’m almost finished with my office, with luck will be working next week.
Wez
Availed myself of the Amazon offer of an Eduard Tempest II profipack for a mere £22, at that price it would be rude not to!  For my birthday a couple of days ago, the MMP book, Combat Meteors by Alex Crawford, I also got Dayglo - the Poly Styrene of X-Ray Spex biography as well as the Three Musketeers by Dumas, plenty of reading in store for me.
Des
Amazon has been , the postie has been and everything still outstanding is coming by Royal Mail so that's it for 2021.  From Aero Research  4013 T-Bird , latest addition to their ‘Special Series’ as a PDF download with 182 images.   From Postscript Books  Bought some heavily discounted books from the latest catalogue for family members and got a few for myself.  Action Stations Revisited Volume 7 – Scotland and Ireland , by Martyn Chorlton , published 2012 by Crécy Publications.  The Victor Story and The Typhoon Story , both by Tim McLelland , published 2011 & 2013 respectively by The History Press , small format hardbacks worth their discounted price but perhaps not full RRP.  World Steam In Focus Album No.1 , by Iain McCall , published 2016 by Mainline & Maritime Ltd. , I am more into what is going on in the background than the actual trains but this turned out to be rather heavily slanted towards preserved rail lines and their more scenic settings.  Because the order was over £20 also got a freebie – History Of Britain in Maps , by Philip Parker , published 2018 by Collins and as it happens I do like atlases , old maps and all the notions of social constructs that go with them.   From Amazon  Following the posting by 'thepureness' yesterday got an Eduard Profipack 1/48 82125 Tempest Mk.II (late Version) for £22 with free shipping delivered this morning as opposed to approx. £35 RRP and if this month’s occupational pension had not already been hit hard by similar whims I would have got some more of the other Eduard reductions that were available.  Humbrol 106 , 163 and 240 , nearest Humbrol/Revell stockist is now at Letham Crafts which is a 30 mile round trip away but I wanted to finish a project so did a detour on the way back from Arbroath 13 miles south on Wednesday as Google said it was open however the notice on the door said closed until January 5th. so I tried Amazon , found some of the prices to be rather shocking but eventually found these three for under £2 each which seems to be around current RRP and they came post-free next day with Prime.
