Concorde prototypes 001 and 002 - fin question

Recommended Posts

How much did G-AXDN differ from F-WSST and/or G-BSST?

I expect the Airfix kit to be closer to the two prototypes.

That is the one with the same long nose as the production planes and the short tail of the prototypes?

AXDN is Duxford's Concorde, standard nose, short tail and a little bit faster than the rest of them

I've been on both BSST and AXDN. Internally, BSST has more test equipment than AXDN - which is understandable. I've ordered a set of French prototype markings from F-RSIN for my kit.

What?

Tommo.

Apparently AXDN was the Concorde that went the fastest. One of them has to have the record for fastest speed in a Concorde and AXDN has it
