spraytime Posted April 17, 2021 Share Posted April 17, 2021 Hi all, i havent started building this yet just getting everything together, the instructions say paint the hull with TS-33 which is a spray can but i want to airbrush it, is there an alternative to TS-33, thanks in advance. Jamie @ Sovereign Hobbies Posted April 17, 2021 Share Posted April 17, 2021 You've dodged a bullet there because Tamiya completely missed the fact that Bismarck, in common with most large German warships, had a different colour on hull and superstructure! The correct colour for the hull was called Dunkelgrau 51. There are numerous airbrush-able model paints matched to this.
