Marklo Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 My biggest issue seems to be materials I can plunge mold with PETG but can’t seem to melt it enough to get the vac without it going white.

Would be nice if I could find some commercial 1/48 vac forms I want to build that don’t cost a fortune, but home brewed will work just fine too. I’ll build anything from the Wright brothers up to early post war with the odd foray into the modern era. I have a weird set of default scales ahem. 1/48 is my main scale for WWI and interwar. 1/32 for racers. 1/144 for modern aircraft. With the occasional 1/72 build ( mostly stuff I get for birthdays or Christmas, because that’s the most popular scale on the local hobby/toy shops) And then of course I build AFVs in 1/72 and 1/35.
