Anthony in NZ
Hi guys As some of you might be aware I am slogging my way through a Brit Toom conversion on the WIP section. Before I epoxy the widened intakes on I thought it might be easier to detail this area, but I just cannot find any info/photo's I was wondering if any of our fellow Britmodeller Phantom guys can help? Cheers Anthony

Antti_K
Excellent info John, thank you for sharing the pictures🙂 Anthony, the kit has a "bulged" cover plate (or door as McDonnel would have called it) for the probe when it should be flat; it is wrong for both British and USN Phantoms. The last picture John Posted shows this well. This will be possibly the easiest fix for anyone building the Tamiya kit. Cheers, Antti
