I'm sure somebody more knowledgeable could give a more definitive answer, but I do believe the strengthening plates were a British Harrier modification only.

Absolutely stunning!

 

I completed the same kit in an identical scheme with the flaps and ailerons in that light grey. I really like the addition of the rivets on the wing, wish I had a rivet tool to do it on my one!

she's a tough build but manage to dry fit , file, putty etc.

taking tons time to get thing proper. Lost motivation at moment at final assembly .
