28ZComeback Posted April 6, 2021 Share Posted April 6, 2021 (edited) Greetings gents. I would like to convert a 1/48 Special Hobby Re-2000 to a Hungarian-built Mavag Heja. Is there a conversion kit available in this scale? It appears that one would only add one foot to the cowl, but I don’t know the exact differences. Perhaps someone has converted the Re-2000 already and has some ideas on a scratch-built way forward? Thank you. MDriskill Posted April 6, 2021 Share Posted April 6, 2021 (edited) For what it's worth, a quite amazing new book on the Re.2000 has just been published - got my copy this week. It is really beautiful, and has excellent 1/48 drawings of all variants (plus the Sikorsky P-35!).
