Tail-Dragon
Here's some photo's of one of my latest, an Accurate Miniatures 1/48 Mustang 1a converted into a Mustang Mk 1 at the time of the Dieppe raid. It's AG470, RU*M as flown by F/O Hollis Hills (an American) flying with 414 Sqdn, RCAF when he scored the first Mustang victory over an FW-190. I used the Ultracast resin conversion set, an Ultracast seat and fishtail exhaust, a set of decals produced by IPMS Canada, and some scratch building. It's painted with Tamiya acrylics, and weathered with oils and pastels. Hope you like, Colin Not AG470 (RU*M), no photo's exist to my knowledge, but representative ... socjo1
Ditto! Very nice model and quite original Mustang's variant. Drop of history is another advantage. But... where is its underside?

72modeler
Yes, yes, oh my, yes! Outstanding fit and finish as well as restrained and realistic wear and tear. You just can't beat an Allison Mustang in TLS! Mike Now, if the Modeling Gods could just smile down on us with a decent 1/72 version...
