85sqn
Here's the resin exhaust: Probably needs a little more work. I might give it a little more of a rusty colour just to add some interest.
John Masters
Lush indeed! That is a lovely NMF you have there. I'm making a BBQ recipe cookbook for the GB, inspired by @reini .
85sqn
Thank you John, that's great!! A little bit more progress this morning as I have sprayed the lovely SEAC blue roundels and tail flash. Just a couple of touch ups to do with some silver parts and then I can start to put some gloss on for the few decals that needs applying. Nearly there
modelling minion
That is looking really smart, the Tamiya paint has given a very nice finish is it from a rattle can? The serial numbers look great.

85sqn
Okay, we're nearly there. I've attached the undercarriage and flaps and run an oil wash into the panel lines. I used a bit of sponge to dab some Katakurundan mud underneath. She's now just waiting for some satin and matt clear coats, canopy and an aerial plus a little exhaust staining.
85sqn
She's finished! I'll put a photo up in the RFI and the gallery here. Thanks for all those that came along and thank you to our organisers, a much needed GB! 7

John Masters
Superb indeed. Lovely finish and it will grace the gallery. The NMF brings out the lines of the aircraft, I think.
