CedB
Thanks Keith, Bill, hendie, Richie, Steve, Simon, Terry and Giorgio. This morning I was reminded that there's one thing I hate almost as much as stencils - walkway lines: One done. Now then, numbering stencils must be a pain for the sheet designers but watch out for these: There's two stencils against each number. Don't go sticking both in the same place. As if you would.

They look just great, though Ciao Thanks Giorgio Er, see comments on previous pages re 'masking' Stencils? Worth it? Can you see the ones on the nacelles? Quite. Done now: I may have left some stencils off. Four of them. Can you see which ones? My point precisely… 14

Where the clear parts of a decal still show you could try dabbing a minor blob of \Clear/Alclad Aqua Gloss in the exact spot where they will land and drop the decal off the carrier onto the exact spot hence allowing the air to be entirely excluded. This tip courtesy of dr/gn lately of this parish and was passed to me in his hospitable welcome to the artform of modern model making after making his acquaintance on-line when I decided to return to childish ways and discovered it was an entirely different life style to that I left behind in the 1980s. The 'Gals' is a build I keep coming back to and revelling in, so glad you have taken up cudgels again. 3
RichieW
Arrgghhhhh! 1/72 stencils, the stuff of nightmares. Pointless nightmares at that. Your point is well made, even zooming right in I can barely see most of them. Richie
Spookytooth
Great stuff Ced, as for the stencils, unless you are looking through a magnifier does it matter. Simon. 1

OK Bill, my Guru, I'll give that a try: …along with your other stencil tip of putting a drop of water on the stencil rather than floating it: Anyone see what that says? Me neither. Something Anti-Ice Tank Vent? This side now done: Just three stencils that side: Then I turned the page on the instructions and… Gaaaaaaaaaah! Oh good grief. For the ceiling I only applied one: Can you guess which one? A star for correct answers (arf). 21

CedB
Thanks Giorgio and hendie. Transfers need sealing eh? Trouble is the OD bits are matt and the rest? I decided to use satin on the shiny bits: Matt tomorrow, then I can unmask and add the sticky out bits.

I have never read said volume but did attend school that day. Always appreciate a timely, spatially applied comma Steve. Ced I love this B-17 thingy, but you still ain't getting me up on one!
