Welcome back Ced!

I do have a question though:

When you interview the Scouts, do you tell them they're going to be shot? Or do you only shoot the ones that fail the interview?

Glad to see you back. We missed you @CedB where would we be without our guardian of the double entendre.

I’m moved enough that I might just whip out my Gamecock for those long awaited repairs and now that the pink thing is finished so many opportunities will never come again.

Or for that matter my K-wagon, my word that’s a big one etc.

We're probably handing over the models next month so no pressure…

Anything like the resumption of standard Ced pre mojo-loss build speed and you’ll produce a squadron in the available time :D

Welcome back old chap.  Hope you find you’ve got the building bug again.  But if not, then even a Ced comment here or there on someone else's thread will suffice for now.  So no, no pressure ;)

Welcome back Ced, great to read you back on these pages again.

I trust you have a humongous fnaar stash waiting in the wings ready to start deploying at the earliest opportunity?

An early question, these drone thingies, any good for blocked guttering? I am trying to persuade SWMBO that it is a vital tool to remove the moss above the conservatory roof. If I could quote 'satisfied of Avon' it might just work.

As always

Ced, hmm Ced. I think I remember some guy named Ced. Been a long time though.    :)

Cheers,

Bill

PS. Welcome back you old flat-footer! Time for some proper modelling (of the styrene kind)!

Ah there you are...

And here we are having been regaled by Ced's Covid Adventures at last.

No wonder the Giorgios and Massimo live in Italy, wow and thrice wow.

Love the drone excuse, want it, need it, invaluable domestic tool.

Must work that one on Gwyn, bound to work.

Now if I recall correctly theB-17s are about ready to @giemmesome paint on after sliding the wide things into certain bits of the long things, lovely jubbly.

Welcome back Ced!

Sorry to her about your health issues. GWS..

Now that is a remarkable car you saw. Two Million quid? blimey..i'd be scared to take it out of it's garage. My beaten up Ford Mondeo is probably a classic car.

Regards, Andy

So nice of you to peep your head over the parapet my Lord.

We have missed the "Finbar Saunders" touch.

Good to see that you are as well as to be expected.

Regards to the good Lady H.

Stay safe.

Simon.

Thanks Ali, very kind :)

Exactly Giorgio :)

In my head was 'spray the grey and then mask for the Olive' - I'd forgotten about the red!

No Bill, but I can hear what you're thinking from here! :D

Big Bang Theory! One of my favourites. I recorded the complete series re-run on the Sky box and I'm gradually working my way through when I need a giggle.

Like soon, probably.

I remember I had trouble with the nacelle internals when I built Belle and I'd taken a warning from Andy Moore's build of the kit.

This made me nervous.

Not surprising given the instructions:

I'm going to 'practice' on my kit as the bays will be closed up.

Then I can get Jim's right.

Not a good start. Look at these:

Jim's kit on the left, mine on the right. I would call it flash if it wasn't so thick.

Similarly:

Good grief.

Eventually I lost patience and left it all here:

Probably best.

Now for some BBT.

There will be wine tonight!

Alot of quite excellent work there! 100% cred for making not one but TWO more!

When you say BBT, I take it you mean Big Big Train? (I'm also a fan of theirs).

I certainly understand about the Covid thing; my wife was tagged at her work in January and had to come home for 10 days with it; very hard for someone who can't stop! I had my Spring booster on Monday and it has knocked the stuffing out of me, I'm up and about again but feeling VERY flat.

Still more excellent work on these two!😀👍

I'm heading to Norfolk in mid June and one place I want to see is Old Buck! I'm going to a few others too!

I'd only just managed to catch up to here (from back around a Concorde I think) when everything stopped.

Looking forward to the builds, the fnaaars and, more importantly, the tools you didn't know you needed until you saw them here.

Never looked back since I got a SIHRSC
