Foxbat
Place holder as yet again a GB caught me by surprise and my entries are still in the post. This is the fourth reboxing by Revell of the original Heller kit. I'm going to assume there are accuract issues but working on the basis that the kit is a) cheap as chips and b) looks more like a T-6 than a Tiger or the Tirpitz I'm happy. This is what's outside, what's inside will be as much of a surprise to me as you Working on my usual basis that you have to be a good modeller to make a plain paint scheme look good and interesting I've found something unusual - a special scheme used to celebrate 50 years of the T-6 in Portuguese service. One question though - why silver? Wouldn't gold be more appropriate for 50 years? Anyway, this is the decal sheet, to be applied over an overall gloss blue airframe. I'm hoping the "Ohh!!" will outweight the "You missed a bit" Andy Edited March 29, 2021 by Foxbat
Wez
Actually, the old Heller kit is pretty accurate and still stands up well. I've not seen this scheme before, very interesting. Good luck with this build.
