72modeler
Here is a build article- looks like with a little scratch building, better detail parts scrounged from other kits, and some good old-fashioned modeling, you can get a pretty decent Mitchell out of the old Frog kit; it looks to be a lot better than their B-26 Marauder kit! It would be worth getting if the price was right and you had a very large spare parts collection; if not, the Italeri B-25B/C/D builds the same version, and depending upon the boxing, comes with RAF decals-can be had pretty cheaply on auction sites. Their B/C/D is pretty accurate- much better than their B-25H/J but the nose transparency tapers too much in profile; a vacform replacement fixes that easily; the engines aren't the best R-2600's out there, but can be improved with some scratch building or resin aftermarket replacements. They were my first WW2 multi's, followed by the box scale B-24J 'Buffalo Bill!' Those were the days!
