Stew Dapple
I'd like to present my third completion of the year, the ICM Gloster Sea Gladiator in 1/32 scale, in the markings of N5519 of the Hal Far Fighter Flight, Malta in June 1940. Details of the aircraft and the build are in the thread here if you are interested. Cheers, Stew

Stew Dapple
Thanks very much gents @tonyot have you tried the Lycra thread Tony? It really does make things a lot easier in my opinion Not sure how I would have got on without it Cheers, Stew
Rabbit Leader
That’s another cracking Gladiator Stew, with a beautiful portrayal of one of Malta’s most famous defenders. The neat finish and colours are spot on to me, a really accurate replica. Cheers and well modelled.. Dave

Dandie Dinmont
That looks absolutely fantastic Stew, and as other have said, the rigging is the icing on the cake. I know you use lycra thread for the rigging but what glue do you use to attach it all? Thanks, Craig.

Thanks, Craig. Thanks Craig, it was gel superglue, Gorilla Grip for the most part, then Loctite when that ran out Put the glue in the hole (I used an acupuncture needle as recommended by Gill at Sovereign Hobbies), insert the thread into the hole with tweezers and hold it there for a few seconds. It was a lovely build mate, enough fiddly stuff to keep you engaged but no trauma whatsoever, I really enjoyed building it more than any kit I remember for ages 3 hours ago, Cookenbacher said: Well that is gorgeous Stew.
