About 3 months ago we got this statement across our ebay page Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details. Please update by 23 Mar, 2021 to avoid further restrictions. Update account details We though it was a simple task to complete the update Business information letter, but we have sent it in 6 times and 6 time they have rejected it. We have contacted ebay and the first line of service centre can see nothing wrong with it, so they pass us to the ebay payment team they can see nothing wrong with our letter and it would be sorted in 72 hours. Well this has happened a number of time and still no payments We have had no payments from ebay since the 23 Feb 2021 and ebay owe Tiger Hobbies over £9,000 If you are selling on ebay beware of the above, ebay sales are only a small part of our business so it not the end of the world, but know of others in our hobby sector who it is crippling. For years a customer bought off ebay from us and paid us via paypal and ebay bill their fees to our credit card, this work smoothly for 15 years, then last year we had to go over to managed payments where ebay cut out paypal, since then it has gone to rat poo-poo, and fee are sometime above 15%, Once this is sorted out the min price difference between our website and ebay will be 15%, so if you buy from Tiger Hobbies (Tribalclass) on ebay you will have to pay a lot more.
