cmatthewbacon
Definitely outside my comfort zone, but I'm very pleased with how it's turned out. The kit is exquisitely cast and detailed, and remarkably designed and engineered, considering it was all done on paper in the early 70s... Probably time for something a little simpler now! best, M.
Toftdale
Absolutely stunning, I bet all thess kits don't turn out to this standard. Also really impressed with the drivers checked suit, it use have took a very steady hand 👏
JamesP
Stunning Matt. Your detailed build blog will be an excellent resource for anyone who follows after you. The excellent photography really let it shine. The figures are a nice addition and not often seen at this scale especially non-racing drivers. I guess it must have been the chauffeur’s day off.

Viking
I remember seeing adverts for this in the 70's and really wanting one. How nice it is to finally see one after all these years! Beautiful work, the silver finish is superb, and the figures are just perfect for it. Cheers John
Colin @ Freightdog Models
What a wonderful build, I completely missed this! Need to catch up on the WIP. I visited the (then) South Eastern Finecast factory in around 1988 as part of my A level design project, the owner Dave Ellis had run the local model shop before taking over Finecast. I was amazed to find out all the original masters for the car kits had to be made in brass to withstand the mould making process. Really nice to see one build, and agree the drivers jacket is wonderful! Colin Edited March 2, 2021 by Colin @ Freightdog Models 1

Spiny
You should be pleased with how its turned out - it looks great and should be a great addition to any shelf (assuming said shelf can take its weight ). Very nice indeed.
