Ted
Here's my scene of Eowyn and the Nazgul from the Lord of the Rings. It's an old 54 mm lead kit from the late 70s, made by Squadron/Rubin. I scratchbuilt the two shields and the witch king's mace. Did a bit of repositioning of everyone's limbs, and sculpted boots on all three figures. They are all painted with acrylics, the fell beast was mostly done with an airbrush. The base is yew wood, cut from an old weathered board, hence all the cracks and crevices. I used off-the-shelf grass tufts on the base. Very happy with them but they were not cheap! Then painted them with a brush to get rid of the plastic look of the grass. It is now my favourite model in my collection and has kindled a desire to make more figures and scenes from Middle Earth.

Cadman
It's a well modeled scenario. Simple, inspirational and very effective; absolutely 100% the type of vignette that I love.
