trickyrich Posted May 5, 2021 Author Share Posted May 5, 2021 ….. and this one is done too! There wasn’t an awful lot left to do on her, just the final bits which always seem to take forever to do. In the end I went very light with the weathering, mostly I just misted over some really thinned down white (90:10) and just sprayed down from the top, to give the paint a very slight faded look. I must admit the “bomb” is not 100% finished and I think it’s actually way too early for this scheme, the BRU is probably the correct store for this period…. But I’ll leave that for now. So enjoy, more photos as usual in the RFI section. I think you made the right choice to keep the weathering effects to a minimum, very realistic. I don't think it would have been right to have a Skyhawk GB without Israel being represented and you have done a great job on a very important operators aircraft and made me determined to have one in my collection.
