Roman Schilhart
Dear fellow Britmodellers, here's my latest, the 1/72 Eduard Fw-190 A8, with metal gun barrels and pitot tube from Master, representing "Black 4" of JG300. Decals are from Eagle Strike (72002) "Home Defense Focke Wulf". The model was painted according to original photograph: https://www.jg300.de/fw-190a-8-schwarze-4.html Photographs by Wolfgang Rabel. I painted with Gunze acrylics and weathered with artist oils. The RV band is airbrushed for a more realistic appearance. There should be a DF loop under the fuselage; this part went missing when I took the model to the photo shoot. (The loop was discovered after the pictures had been taken and added to the model.) I know you've all seen plenty of Eduard Fw-190s on these pages already, so thanks for your interest!

Mike Thank you! And, I will continue to do so, givven my rather extensive stash of Eduard Fw-190's. When this kit came out I bought not only the 'Royal Class Box' but several others as well (for the additional decal variants)... the same accounts for Eduard's Spitfires, one of those will be next.

Luis Alfonso
Hi My Friend Roman!!! Congratulations for this nice new masterpiece!!! Looks like a gem of a build!!! I liked the nice result you have obtained with this beautiful kit, have read somewhere that this kit has all the parts to make nearly virtually all the versions of short nosed 190...but the splendid way you worked it payed its benefits in the end result. I liked all the work you have done here, the paint job, the soft weathering and the decals, all the way sounds like a nice modeling journey!!! Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers, Luis Alfonso

Andy Dyck
Guadn Moang Roman, I don’t know why I missed this one on Monday. It is perfect! A piece of art in gentleman’s scale. And I appreciate the photography of your friend. Are you working with a light box? The white balancing is always superb. May be you can give some advices in this case ! Cheers Andy

Best greetings Roman 1
