RidgeRunner
Nice. You dont fancy the original Libyan marks?
modelling minion
A great choice, I do like the Mig-23 and the 2 seaters are seldom built which makes this even more interesting. There are some very nice options on the decal sheet, I would have been very tempted by the Algerian one myself.

RidgeRunner
Maybe these help with detail? I took these at Mitiga in 2007: Both are now written off Martin 12

I have the new dacal set from DP Casper and they are very nice quality so i have decided to used them for markings. And Martin very nice photoes of the MIG 😀 cheers Jes Edited February 16, 2021 by Touvdal
Touvdal
Started on this one, and it is what i feared when i looked at the parts in the box, a complicated build of a kit with a poor fit, now when the first parts are together i can see a lot of work will be needed. And the plastic quality is not the great either. Cheers Jes 6
Col.
Hopefully you can tame those parts without too much trouble Jes.
Touvdal
The way they have gone about this kit to make a 4 piece fuselage, is not the best choice, fit is not the best, great care has to be taken to make sure that the alignment when the front and back is glued. fox1_BE
Tough kit to build (I am finalizing one right now in Angola colours, not for this GB though) - I had plenty of difficulties with the resin exhaust (and the fit you mentioned). But you are progressing very well! 👍 Patrick
