yep, absolutely beautiful, I really like the Kiwi tanks fitted, nice touch!!

Cheers, I like adding little touches that make models stand out a bit and the variety of colour schemes used by the RNZAF A-4's at this time make them a very interesting subject.

I'd say that turned out pretty alright.  I'll be more than happy if I can get similar results w/ my RAN G.

Thanks Chris, I'm not 100% happy with it and can see me having another go at the scheme at some time in the future. I have no doubt that you will do better with yours.

she does look rather nice Craig, well done!

So your Gekko decals are still ok? Mine caused me so much pain I'm almost afraid to use them again.

A really nice job on this Craig, I too like what you've done with the tank colours & your finish is brilliant.

Steve.

Thanks Steve, very much appreciated.

Cheers Rich, yes my decals behaved well. I wouldn't say they are the best I have ever used but I didn't have any problems with them.

full set of Kiwi scooter schemes would be great wouldn't it.

Hi Craig - really nice - job well done

No RNZAF Skyhawk collection would be complete without this one below

I would so like to have done one for this GB, but finding a TA 4 model is like finding hens teeth

or so expensive, you need to take out a mortgage to buy it ;) - One day though^_^

Thanks for sharing your build with us

Regards

Alan

Thanks Alan I appreciate that, especially given your knowledge on the RNZAF.

I didn't realise that there was a matching car to go with the gold Skyhawk! That would make for an eye catching diorama. Its a pity that the TA-4 and other versions of the Skyhawk aren't more readily available from Hasegawa, they seem to have a strange idea on what to release from their back catalogue at times.

I never knew there was a matching Mercedes ? That would be an interesting add on build. Maybe in 1/24 1/32 as I don't think there are any in 1/72 or 1/48.
