tobias.ehn
I am currently building a lovely Cf-18. I like my aircraft to carry a lot of bombs and missiles, but i am unsure about what canadian horners can/do carry... bomb loadouts would be preferred. Thank you in advance

tempestfan
"Sting of the Hornet" by David Bashow may be of interest to you, but it's now somewhat dated.
Finn
As mentioned about which time period you intend to go with, in the early days for those based at Baden in 1985 and onwards: 2 BL-755s on outboard pylons, no inboard pylons with 2 AIM-9Ms and a c/l external tank 4 BL-755s on VERs, 2 AIM-9Ms with 3 ext tanks 8 BL-755 on VERs, 2 AIM-9Ms with c/l tank you can substitute Mk-82 Snakeyes, LAU-5003 rocket pods and Mk-20 Rockeyes with 2 AIM-7F/Ms Jari 2
scotthldr
I’m surprised that a country with such a vast coastline never give the CF-188 any sort of maritime strike/anti ship capability.
Slater
I would think that any threat to Canada's coasts would immediately involve the US military, with their considerable assets.
Blimpyboy
Because the submarine fleet was... ‘adequate’. https://www.canadianperiscope.ca/o-boats https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/38369/the-saga-of-this-long-busted-submarine-is-an-example-of-how-sad-canadas-tiny-sub-fleet-is
Beazer
Don’t worry when winter hits we would overrun the enemy with our hockey sticks, at least that’s what our government tends to think I believe. On a side note those hornets served us well and I hope we pick the Gripen to replace them.
