That's very nice. Metal colors can be hard enough to apply using an airbrush. You'd done a magnificent job using a paint brush. Definitely impressive.

Amazing result, Rob :worthy:  I would have never told this was painted by brush, hadn't I followed your WIP.  And I love the weathering too! Probably one of the best I've seen so far from your good self!

Thank you that means a lot! I keep trying to improve my NMF brush painting

Congratulations!  One of the best brush-painted NMF I've seen.  The panel variations are well modulated.

Wow, thank you! Really appreciate it.

😱 this means a lot! Thanks G! I’m greatly happy to have finally finished a liberator, think it’s my third attempt. Just need to build the other 4 I have now 😂

Love the different coloured panels, as well. Great work!

Took a lot of time and layers to build up the variation, when I first did it I thought it was too heavy, but it’s blended in nice with the wash and weathering

Superb. I love the NMF and weathering, looks totally realistic.

Again thank you Adrian, too kind!

Great finish all round!

Cheers steve, really glad you like it!

can I just say, which I probably should have already, big thank you to @M.T.Dolby for saving the day with a spare set of decals. I completely destroyed the nose art decal by melting it in boiling water, so this would not have made it if not for his kind gesture!

The variety in the panel colours along with the weathering really bring this to life, great inspiration to dig one out of the stash :)

I would be very happy to see a woody build of this kit! And again thanks for the kind comments!

That looks excellent Rob,.... I love the subject and you`ve replicated it beautifully,..... the natural metal finish is very convincing too. I could never decide whether this one was gloss black or Neutral Grey underneath,.... your rendition does look the bee`s knee`s.

Cheers
