Generally the Berlin Brigades vehicles were kept very clean and would have the paint work touched up regularly. They did however go out on exercises and to visit the firing ranges where they did get dirty and dusty which is what I tried to depict. I use a combination of oils, paints, washes and pigments to do my weathering but I doubt I went into great detail as to how I apply each in the WIP.
