Tim R-T-C
Sedes, Thessaloniki, mid-1937. An elderly Breguet XIX is prepared for a training flight, while businessman Giorgos Koutarellis is given a tour of the airfield and taken to see one of the Avia 534s he purchased and gifted to the Greek air force the year before. The 534 is the lovely detailed Eduard kit complete with photoetch control panel (if you can see it!). The Breguet is a resin wargame kit from Minarions in Spain - a rather basic 8 part construction but not a bad representation of this obscure type. Vallejo and Ammo by Mig brush painted. Rigged with 0.07mm wire. Edited January 12, 2021 by Tim R-T-C

Shorty84
Hi Tim, great little diorama. A photoetch control panel in 1/144? Insane! My hat's off for your patience and eyesight 👍 Didn't know the Greek used the B.534 so I've learned something new today. 1 hour ago, 28ZComeback said: One thing missing is roasting lamb!! Yassas! The pilots so happy with their new stallion were delighted to be able to fete the buyer for his wonderful gift with the sacrfice of a local sheet. Shortly the clinking of ouzo glasses would put an end to all flying operations for the day. The Breguet crew making the shortest training flight in history to ensure they got back in time. 6 hours ago, diehard said: ΖΗΤΩ Η ΕΛΛΑΣ (ZITO I ELLAS) Very well made and beautiful presentation. We are all living in strange, surreal and oftentimes frightening times. I find that my hobby and this forum are real 'levelers' for my sense of angst and give some structure to what has become an amorphous daily grind. Keeping the mojo going is what this forum is all about, imho. Keep at it Tim! Are you involved in any GB builds? Those are loads of fun.
