Italeri M4A3E8 Sherman

Here’s my recently completed M4A3E8. It’s the Italeri 1/35, built OOB with the exception of logs (Value Gear) and tarp (lead foil). Except for the mud, I otherwise kept the weathering light on this one. Thanks for looking.

Cheers,

Greg

A superb and very realistic build.

Since I'm a total AFV novice could you tell me how you did the mud please....it really adds a high degree of realism and I'd like to give it a go on my next tank build....cheers.

Thanks mate. I used a photo frame and “Sculptamold” for the base. Before the sculptamold dried I pressed the tracks down to make imprints and once dried and painted, I used Vallejo “thick mud” under and on the tracks. I hope that makes sense.
