Colonial Viper TOS - Revell 1/32

Recommended Posts

Hello!

This niught I've finished 1/32 Colonial Viper by Revell.
It's a real dog of a kit - almost without cockpit details and nightmare to rescribe. Good thing - it fits pretty well.
Engines are backlighted with three blue LEDs.
Painted as usual - Tamiya, Gunze and AK Interactive.
Heavily weathered with three-tone scratches.

Hello Artoor_k,

You have done a fantastic job on the Viper. I have the original run (1980ish) and the reissue and the reissue is far better than the original. One of these days I'll get finished with the original and the reissue.

Fantastic job on your finish with the lighting effects.

All The best

Well done! Painting and weathering looks REALLY Good!!

The only thing that looks a bit weird is the white cable wrapped around the black stand. Was there no way, to place the cable inside the stand? Or just use black cables instead of white?

Great Viper ! :worthy: ... Im sorry but these look way better than the newer Mk.VII’s from the new T.V. Show

Thank you! Of course it looks better - like real, sturdy starfighter

Beautiful!  I did this model in the late '90's and it wasn't nearly as good as this!

Thank you :)

Thanks1 There was no empty place in stand to make cable invisible. Soon I'll buy black one and change it.
