trickyrich
This is a bit of a late finisher for the Tornado STGB held last year, time wasn’t on my side for that one, but she’s now complete. Theirs is probably more masking done on this build than anything I’ve done before (I love complex schemes), the hard part with this one is that the Yellow/Grey demarcation line needs to be mm perfect! The Revell instructions are a little bit vague with the placement so I had to photocopy the decals to make aligning masks. In the end I will not claim is 100% accurate but all the demarcation lines were hidden correctly under the decals. Thank you for looking and I’ll attach a link to the build. Model: Revell 1/32nd Tornado ECR Paint: AK Interactive Real Color and Mr Paint, Tamiya Acrylics, Model Master Metalizer Lacquer Extras: Aires - Tornado IDS Cockpit Reskit – Exhaust Nozzle set Reskit – Resin wheel set SAC – Landing Gear set

tonyot
Wow that is amazing Rich and it must look very impressive indeed for real in 1/32nd scale. I remember seeing the real thing,.... and given the correct background yours would easily pass off as the real aircraft.
