Oi … the tenth was my 2nd or 3rd ever group build, where does time go ? Ive been stuck in the giggling acade .. group build area since Janurary 1st 2018. 😉 No complaint's honestly as Ive made a number of friends here.

Much as I'm trying to be more sensible with next year's GB aspirations... including my own two, I'm seeing no less than 10 that I absolutely definitely want to do on the Bunfight list so far... 🤪

The host of this STGB, hgbn, has not posted on this site in quite some time.   This STGB will probably need someone to volunteer as a host.

Given that I resurected the proposal and pushed it on a bit I'll happily assume host duties if it gets voted through.

Those are not in the bunfight because they annual builds and not voted on.  They will appear on next year's calendar after the bunfight settles all the remaining slots.

A great opportunity to practice one's voting skills before the Bunfight is to pick a favorite Ford Mustang built in the first ever automotive STGB in Britmodeller history! The poll closes midnight tomorrow, just before the Bunfight begins. There are 15 magnificent pony cars to choose from .

Am I getting it right that we get 5 votes on regular GBs and 5 on STGBs?

 

Looking at the options I know what STGBs I'll be voting for. Do17, Ju88 and Fw190/Ta152. Might throw in a vote for the Meteor but I'll probably just watch that one with keen interest.

 

For the regular GBs, whatever I can build a V Bomber for probably is what I'll vote for. I'm assuming I can vote for my own so Big and British (an evolution of the failed V Force GB proposal from last year) and Raiders of the Lost Stash get one each (although the latter may not be a v bomber build). Bomber/Strike/Attack aircraft will nicely encompass the V Bombers so that's got a vote. The one with prototypes, racers and other things like that is a good option, I want to build a prototype Vulcan. What-if sounds interesting, Avro Atlantic maybe?
