Pete in Lincs
Just spent the week in Devon. We visited Plymouth a couple of times and the Ho was popular with the 'LOOK AT MY CAR' brigade. So the list includes a Silver '59 Cadillac Coupe De Ville, a 1275 GT Mini Clubman, An Orange L reg Granada and a couple of others I've forgotten! @bigbadbadge We were in Dartmouth on Tuesday! Took the steam train to Paignton where a green Ford Pop with 'Green Dragon' artwork on the bootlid could be seen parading along the street down from the railway station. Oh, and a Chinook was a great sight and sound on the seafront! Earlier this afternoon on the way out of Nottingham, an old BMW 840 in red looking a bit odd with very wide tyres on the back.
Six97s
Saw what I could only identify as a "1930s sports car" on the A148 today, but after much image searching, I think it might have been a 1935 Lagonda... something like that anyway.

What train were you heading back on did you get delayed and use the replacement bus service due to the lineside fire, we were on the 1445 return to Paignton but delayed for around 45 mins, these things happen!!! Great time down in the West Country Chris

Then get the one hour river trip. We were too late for that due to the delay, so got a refund and ended up on Dartmouth riverside. My Wife and I sat outside a pub while the younger members of the family caught lots of crabs! Then got the park n ride up the hill. We were based in a converted barn near Modbury. You were probably waiting on the station at Dartmouth when we got in! Our engine was the 0-6-0 without a nameplate. The other one was Goliath. We passed that as we headed into Dartmouth.

What are the odds, there were loads of people crabbing so we could have walked past you. We went on both the tank locos and, just about made our train back to Newton Abbot, was a great day out though. We probably passed each other a couple of times!!! Six97s
Quite a few on the A148 and A47 today. A black E-reg MG Metro, a maroon MGB GT, a Riley RMA "Police" car, then much later a Standard Vanguard Phase I closely followed by (I think) a Wolseley 6/90. Also, a Polestar 2 electric thing... not that interesting to look at, but the first I've seen on the road.
Windy37
Last day in the York area and already spotted an E30 BMW 3 series touring in black . Surprising how small it looked. Gary

Veltro
A few from today Jaguar C-Type in British Racing Green. It was possibly a Suffolk (or similar) replica because it was being driven on the road at speed, and judging by the price original C-Types go for, nobody in his right mind would at the least, risk stone damage to the paintwork, or worse. Well I wouldn't anyway. Fiat 500F in red, driven by a sweet little old lady. She was probably going flat out and still had a 20 odd car tailback behind her. Forgotten how tiny those things are. Porsche 911 Carrera RS in white with the usual red striping and white 'Carrera' titling. Couldn't get the year. Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint in red. Two TVR's. A Griffith, and a Chimera. Triumph TR7 in white. Had been modified for racing and was on a trailer. Austin A30 Countryman in green. Veltro
Sunday spots: Warwick GT in red. Very rare because they only made 45 (according to my sources). Chrysler Avenger in blue. Quite why he'd fitted a roll cage in it is beyond me! Riley Elf in green. Daimler Double Six in green. Ford Consul Classic in red and white two tone. Morgan Plus Eight in 'Ice' blue. MG MGB GT in red. Mercedes 250CE coupe in beige. Triumph TR4A in red.

Maybe because he competes in it? I rallied an Avenger Tiger eons ago - they're great handling cars when set up right, equal of an Escort.... I'd happily have another as a hillclimb car, but although not as daft as Escort prices they're not far off! Keith
Tyas
Usual Sunday spotting, found this Nero Daytona 458 Italia with AL13 wheels, along with the usual GT3 RS, as well as an R8 V10 and Gallardo 560 at the motorway rest area before heading back to my town after a morning drive Then going back home for a little review on the Ferrari 488 as well as a photoshoot And then came the new G80 M3 Competition, only recently launched in Indonesia. Gonna say this: I have grown to like the looks of it. In photo it looks terrifying but in real life it's quite handsome. Not in a conventional way, but it is certainly striking in a good way.
keefr22
I really like the new M3 - and if anyone who has bought one doesn't, I'll happily give it a new home....!! 🤣

MR2Don
Countess of Warwick Show at Little Easton, Bank Holiday Sunday. They had a classic car display and here are some photos from it. most of them don't need a title, pretty obvious what they are. Although it's hard to read, the placard says "Original Condition throughout" General view to give an idea of how much was there. GT6, the exhausts give it away! NOT an original! He goes shopping to Tesco in it! Especially for the guy that's just built a model one. Citroen engineering at its best! And who would not like to cruise down a French Autoroute, sitting in those seats. For anybody who doesn't recognise it, it's a Crown Imperial. On the way back to find my car (not easy!!!) I spotted this curiosity. Looks a bit like an XK140, but not enough. Checking the number plate, it's an Aristocat Sports. Personally, I don't like it, looks a bit brutal, compared to the original Jag. That's all, folks, except... Down town yesterday an 18 reg Porsche GT3, looking very purposeful in Red!
bigbadbadge
Would love the 356 coupe , would love to give one of those a home, but don't think SWMBO would be too happy with selling the house to buy one!!! 1
